How we work with you

1. Intro Call

First things first, we will jump on a call to chat through your interest in property. We will take time to understand your objectives and discuss how we can help you achieve them. This is a great opportunity for you to ask any initial questions.

2. Strategy Discussion

Once we have decided we want to work together, we will arrange a further phone call to establish your target deal requirements. Here, we will confirm exactly what you want from your next investment and discuss how we will help you deliver this.

3. Property Sourcing

That’s your hard work done and ours just begun. We will now begin to actively market, negotiate and view local properties on your behalf. We do all the due diligence to find you the right property, in the right area, for the right price.

4. Deal Review

Once we have sourced a property that ticks all your boxes, we will provide you with a complete outline of the prospect. We will show you photos of the property, key figures and provide you with a deal summary which you can review in your own time.

5. Property Secured

When you’ve reviewed our documents and confirmed we’ve found your perfect property, you will work together with our power team of Solicitors, Accountants and Mortgage Brokers to get everything finalised.

6. Renovation & Completion

Using our team of local experts and professionals, we will arrange any renovations and on completion secure tenants for your property. We will support your property purchase all the way from our initial intro call to the moment of completion.
