With the Renters (Reform) Bill currently stalled in parliament, the National Residential Landlords’ Association is making the most of the extra time to lobby for court reform to take place before no-fault evictions are abolished. Will they succeed? Probably not, but it’s helpful to spread the message that the system isn’t weighted in landlords’ favour to the extent many people believe.
